There have been some wonderful reviews for the book, including one in Women's Wear Daily. The one I am most proud of appeared in the October issue of Interior Design. The reviewer, architect, interior designer and editor Stanley Abercrombie, wrote, "what she has produced is a bravura scholarly performance unlike any other I know." He is enraptured with "the rich variety of examples and illustrations" and end the reviews with "Much more."!
Lest anyone reading this be turned off by the "scholarly" designation, rest assured that the book is written to be for the general public, and there's no technical writing, difficult passages, or jargon...I want everyone to "get" why textiles matter and to get deeply into the material.
